{"id":2497,"date":"2022-09-07T07:56:31","date_gmt":"2022-09-07T07:56:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medgift.hevs.ch\/wordpress\/?p=2497"},"modified":"2022-09-07T07:56:32","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T07:56:32","slug":"article-published-in-npj-digital-medicine-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medgift.hevs.ch\/wordpress\/article-published-in-npj-digital-medicine-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Article published in npj Digital Medicine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our paper on <em>Unleashing the potential of digital pathology data by training computer-aided diagnosis models without human annotations<\/em>, by Niccol\u00f2 Marini et al., has been published in npj Digital Medicine and is available in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41746-022-00635-4\">open access<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This work presents an approach that removes the need for human experts to annotate data, using an automatic analysis of healthcare reports to create automatic annotations that can be used to train deep learning models.
